Most clients feel brief, manageable discomfort during waxing; pain varies by sensitivity and area. Our technicians use expert technique and quick strips to minimize pull. We offer pre- and post-care to reduce irritation, and topical numbing upon request for very sensitive skin.

Appointments typically last 15–30 minutes depending on hair amount and shaping needs. A quick consultation precedes waxing to design brow shape and address concerns. Allow extra time for soothing treatments or if multiple facial services are combined.

Clean, oil-free skin helps waxing adhere; avoid heavy creams or makeup before your appointment. Refrain from exfoliating or using retinoids 48–72 hours prior. Ideally hairs are about 1/4 inch long. Avoid caffeine and alcohol for a calmer experience.

Apply calming aloe or recommended balm, avoid hot showers, saunas, and heavy sweating for 24 hours. Skip exfoliation and active skincare for 48 hours. Use SPF to protect freshly waxed skin and prevent irritation or hyperpigmentation.

Most clients return every 3–6 weeks depending on individual hair growth and desired maintenance. Regular waxing can lead to finer regrowth and longer intervals over time. We'll recommend a personalized schedule at each visit.

Yes. Avoid waxing if you have severe sunburn, open wounds, active cold sores, recent chemical peels or strong topical retinoids. Inform us about blood thinners, Accutane history, or skin conditions like rosacea so we can advise or offer alternative treatments.
